Tridek-One Therapeutics adapted the RealTime-Glo™ Extracellular ATP Assay for endpoint detection of platelet activation in human whole blood. Using the MyGlo® Reagent Reader enabled sensitive ATP detection comparable to multimode readers in under 30 seconds.
