Estimates published by WHO indicate that globally about 1 in 3 (30%) of women worldwide have been subjected to either physical and/or sexual intimate partner violence or non-partner sexual violence in their lifetime. Although data for non-partner sexual violence are limited, WHO estimates that roughly 6% of women have reported being sexually assaulted by someone other than their partner. Because many sexual assaults go unreported, the actual percentage is likely much higher.

A four part webinar series was recently presented jointly by Promega and Bode Technology, which addressed legislative issues and workflow efficiencies for SAEK processing in the US. The expert speakers answered audience questions in a live session after the main presentation.
